Kasey began his real estate career in 2015 after attending the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. Since then, he has proudly served clients throughout Upstate South Carolina with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®. Seven years ago, he founded The Coffey House Group with a vision of creating a warm, relationship-focused real estate experience. In 2023, his wife, Ashton Coffey, joined the team as administrator, making the business even more of a family affair.
As a Luxury Collection Specialist and Relocation Certified professional, Kasey brings experience, market knowledge, and a personal touch to every transaction. Under his leadership, The Coffey House Group has grown to become the #1 medium-sized team in South Carolina within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner network.
Giving back is also close to Kasey's heart. For the past four years, he has been the network's top donor to The Sunshine Kids Foundation, an organization that supports children undergoing cancer treatment.
When he is not helping clients make their next move, Kasey's favorite role is being a husband and dad. He and Ashton have been married for 10 years and love calling downtown Fountain Inn home. Together, they are raising their three children: 5-year-old twins Blakeley and Cash, and their baby girl, Dottie Jane. Whether he is negotiating a real estate deal, supporting a local cause, or enjoying time with his family, Kasey brings genuine care, energy, and heart to everything he does.
